Brooke McCollum

With more than 10 years of experience in marketing, Brooke is the founder of McCollum Marketing — a full-service agency helping businesses stand out and grow through creative, data-driven strategies.

Brooke’s background includes years working with a dental service organization and multiple healthcare practices, where she honed her expertise in brand development, SEO, content strategy, and digital advertising.

Since launching McCollum Marketing, she’s expanded her work across industries — from healthcare and e-commerce to local service businesses — helping clients boost visibility, generate leads, and build trusted brands.

Co-Founder

David McCollum

David McCollum is the co-founder of McCollum Marketing, where he helps businesses grow through strategic, customized marketing solutions. With a strong background in business management and brand development, David brings a practical, results-focused approach to every project.

Alongside his work in marketing,

David owns and operates Jefferson State Outfitters — a successful fishing and rafting company in Southern Oregon. His experience running and marketing his own business gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to build a strong brand, connect with customers, and drive real results across industries.

Co-Founder

Dennis Taibl

Dennis Taibl brings over 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur and senior executive in sales, marketing, and business development. He has guided multiple companies to successful exits, led large national and international teams, and mentored dozens of professionals who’ve gone on to become leaders in their fields.

Since 2014,

Dennis has served as a consultant and advisor, helping startups in industries from consumer products to healthcare and technology — including a Shark Tank–backed company — achieve market traction and funding success. He holds a Master’s from New York University and a Bachelor’s from Purdue University, where he played football and baseball.
